The Amish Dolls at Harvest Moon are handmade by Dee Gingrich (Cathy's mother). Dee hand signs and dates each doll along with giving them a name to make them more personable. Out of respect for the Amish beliefs of having no graven images, she makes the dolls without faces. Dee hopes you enjoy these dolls as much as she enjoys making them.

Our store is stocked with hand painted shirts from a local artist named Tammy. She began hand painting designs on clothing in 1994 after her son, Benjamin, was born. She had been a secretary for 10 years until he came along. She wanted to be at home with him while still earning an income. After praying about this, she put her creativity to work hand painting. She loves drawing new designs, painting those designs, and finding new items to paint on. Click Here to See Tammy's Selection

Over 20 years ago, my wife took a tole painting class and had to buy or provide a piece of wood to paint on. I began cutting out different shaped plaques for her, then I began cutting out more and more until eventually we had to do something with all the stuff we had made. We started doing craft shows and eventually moved into craft stores, specializing in oak products
